Our refund policy is 7 days. If more than 7 days have passed since you received the purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

We only accept return requests for items that are damaged, defective, or significantly different from the product description.

Once we receive your email, a customer service representative will provide you with a shipping address to send the product. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return
When we receive your returned product, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If your refund request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method.
